Ways to Join Us

From a fireside hunt with our dogs to a chef's table dinner, there's more than one way to experience the farm.

  • A police dog, possibly a Labrador Retriever or similar breed, wearing a harness labeled 'POLIZI' is sniffing the ground outdoors, likely during a search or training exercise.

    The Find

    Follow our skilled truffle dogs into the orchard and unearth the elusive black Périgord, hidden beneath the oaks. An afternoon of the hunt, a fireside tasting, and the thrill of discovering treasure by scent.
