All reservations must be paid upfront.

Post hunt, truffle found is available for sale to attendees.

In the case of inclement weather, alternate hunt dates or a refund will be made available. 

Finally, a full refund, minus processing fees, will be available as long as the cancellation request is given 7 days prior to a scheduled hunt. A 50% refund will be given for any cancellation prior to 48 hours. This 48-hour courtesy allows us to fill your hunt slot. No refund is given for any cancellation after 48-hours prior to hunt.
